organizing members in the guild

I am possible seeking a way to organize members in the guild from top to bottom in a somewhat neutral fashion.
Some guilds stack members in order of how much xp they contribute, or if they were original members and so forth.
We have multiple directions in our guild and sometimes the xp does not seem to fit as we have some big levelers and some that are fixed pvp/gvg positions that will never gain much xp but contribute in different ways.

Are there any other ways members would like to see how the members are organized?

Would alphabetical order be better?

Please list any other thoughtful ways you come up with or have seen in other guilds. thank you.

alphabetical is neutral enough, and i was also thinking about sorting by date of birth could be fun - although it would be unfair with Jenn & SuOk from my point of view level/xp/alphabetical (either character name or possibly rank name) is all good...

I dont think it would be necessary to have a "management section" a "leveler section" and "gvg'ist section" or something like that.. but any thoughts are welcome.

mayby some sort of special ordering based on a contest or achievment.

winner gets to be set high on guild list , then ordered down the list based on the standing of contest / challenge

could also do the characters start date, since that is in everyone's bio.

or


also could go by max stamina as that is something that can be added to and raise one's character up the ranks

or going with game ideas that i always like that chris mentioned

maybe can exchange one of zords lotter ticket for a card or something and get the best high card, or poker hand or most of the same color... something like that. I like the game idea, but need to come up with something simple, fun and that can be verified without to much work.

lets get a collection of ideas, then maybe we can do an ingame poll ?

Actually i think making a contest to order ranks would be a real funny event.

In fact we could do it on a "regular basis" i.e. not to do it just once, but several times so that no position is stone-written.

(what about making a Pente tournament, Brad? Just kidding, anything would be fun:) )

I personally would welcome a contest either in-game or also outside, since the goal is to have a funny competition:)

so can we think of some games that include all members except for founder?

OOhhh I love games.......

offhand, we can either do rotations of 2 or 3 months, anymore frequent than that will become like a merry go round.
we can do by stam, then game, by start date, then game, then alphabetical order then game. This rotation would be then every 2 months. Does this work?
We would either have to come up with one to three games to rotate through. either the same game consistently, or we can rotate games through.

start listing any games that might work with this scenario.

I happen to like the list how it is now like in order of level easier to buff when gvg comes out
